Choice of
cooperation

Proquateck Innovations reserves the
right to choose their customers, and to do so without having to
supply reason(s) for their choice.

Proquateck Innovations also reserves
the right to choose to cease cooperation with a customer at their
own discretion without having to supply reasons for
same.

Proquateck Innovations reserves the
right to take as much time as needed to prepare a shipment of
order as their resources permit.

The delivery date on the Pro Forma
Invoice serves as an estimated date only, and should not be
regarded as a guarantee of delivery.

Orders are prepared for shipment on a
First-Paid-First-Serve basis.

No orders shall be prepared before
the amounts payable by the customer have been received, cleared
and confirmed by the bank of Proquateck Innovations.

No order will be shipped before
the full invoice amount has been received, cleared and confirmed
by the bank of Proquateck Innovations.

Payment of an order shall constitute an
acceptance of these terms and conditions on the part of the
customer.
4.
Cancellation
of orders
-
A customer will be held liable for 50%
of the full invoice amount of orders not cancelled within 48 hours
after payment was made.

Invoices not paid within 7 days from
issue, will be regarded as a cancellation of an
order.
